Order Processing & Shipping Policy
Please kindly note all orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of order being placed. We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $50 USD. During exceptionally high demand periods, we will advise our estimated days of processing on the website, but will always do our best to ship out the precious crystals and gifts as soon as possible!
Once an order is placed, unfortunately we are unable to modify or cancel the order and/or contents or shipping address. Please be sure to double check this prior to place the order.
Upon shipping, we are no longer responsible for your package, our carriers of choice have a high level of success but any lost or stolen packages unfortunately we would not be able to provide refunds.

At this time, we accept PayPal and all major credit cards for order payment. This includes (American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. We do not accept any Cash, Checks or Wires.
